American vocalist Monique B Thomas, now based in France, brings an uplifting celebration of gospel, spirituals and New Orleans jazz to The Henley Jazz Festival. A rare opportunity to hear Monique perform in the UK, this joyful Sunday concert features clarinetist Adrian Cox as a special guest. Local youth choir Henley Voices will also join Monique for a few songs, bringing a wonderful community spirit to the occasion. Her powerful, expressive voice will be supported by a superb line-up: Enrico Tomasso on trumpet, Harry Evans on bass, Honey Boulton on guitar and Sebastiaan de Krom on drums.
