The Buena Bristol Social Club brings the irresistible rhythms of Cuba to Henley Town Hall Ballroom for A Night in Havana. Led by Cuban trumpeter Michel Padron, with Luisa Santiago on vocals and Jim Blomfield on piano, this vibrant 9-piece band celebrates the timeless music of the legendary Buena Vista Social Club. Expect a joyful blend of Cuban son, bolero, salsa and Latin jazz, with rich brass, infectious percussion and rhythms made for dancing.
Start the evening with a free salsa dance taster courtesy of Afrodesia Salsa, then experience the excitement of dancing to a full 9-piece live band. Whether you’re a seasoned salsa dancer, an absolute beginner or simply coming to enjoy the music and atmosphere, everyone is welcome.
