Jazz in the Vineyard at the stunning High Clandon Estate Vineyard brings a celebration of the funky soul jazz of the late, great American pianist and composer HORACE SILVER, from an all-star quintet. Featuring award-winning UK jazz trumpeter Steve Waterman and Clare Hirst, a UK saxophonist with a distinguished career in pop and jazz, along with the rhythm section of composer and pianist Andrea Vicari, Marianne Windham on bass, and Matt Fishwick on drums. Small Blue is a jazz trio led by drummer/composer Martin Pyne with Marianne Windham on bass and David Beebee on piano. The group’s debut album, The Stealthy Moon, was released in February 2024 to enthusiastic critical acclaim. Small Blue’s music is intimate, but ranges far and wide in mood and tempo, taking in heartfelt ballads, mysterious grooves, evocative atmospheres and melodic swing along the way.

Experience the magic of Enrico Tomasso, one of the finest jazz trumpet players in the UK, with the Australian sax and clarinet player Duncan Hemstock and their all-star rhythm section, for an evening of foot-tapping jazz from the Jazz Swing era.  A lifelong friend of Louis Armstrong, Enrico Tomasso has five British Jazz Awards to his credit, while Duncan brings his joy for music to every performance.
