Fri 1 Nov | Nat Steele & Mark Crooks sextet ‘Stan Getz and Cal Tjader’ |Stan Getz and Cal Tjader had an especially successful partnership in the late 1950s, leading an all-star sextet including Scott La Faro, Vince Guaraldi, Eddie Duran and drum master Billy Higgins. The sextet led by tenor player Mark Crooks and vibraphonist Nat Steele celebrate this collaboration, playing selections from their 1958 album.
