Jan Steele is a composer and plays jazz saxophone, clarinet and flute. He studied at London and York Universities, has written music for Channel 4 documentaries and has played all over Europe. He leads various bands ranging from contemporary music to Afro-Cuban/Latin Jazz.

Starting his professional career in 1986 with the Pasadena Roof Orchestra, tenor saxophonist Robert Fowler has gone on to play with a wide variety of leading jazz musicians as well as touring with rock singer Brian Ferry. Robert’s quintet, which includes Colin Oxley (g) and Robin Aspland (p), will be celebrating the music of the legendary songwriters Rodgers and Hart.

Sixteen times winner of the British Jazz Award for best pianist, Dave Newton has worked with a galaxy of jazz stars from Alan Barnes to the great American clarinettist Buddy de Franco while Stuart Henderson, formerly principal trumpet of The Scots Guards, has also become a leading figure on the UK jazz scene. Marianne Windham completes the lineup on bass.

The Christmas Project is an exciting international band led by two of the Netherland’s leading jazz musicians Henk Kraaijeveld and Jan Willem van Delft with Guildford’s Marianne Windham (Winner of the 2025 Parliamentary Jazz Award for ‘Services to Jazz’) on bass and Steve Brown on drums plus special guest, leading UK vocalist Clare Wheeler.

Sheena Caprice is an inspiring jazz vocalist, who began singing at the age of four. Her passion for Jazz was heavily influenced by greats such as Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Betty Carter and Nina Simone. Her performances also reflect more contemporary artists such as Rachelle Ferrell and Dianne Reeves. Sheena has performed at various venues, including Sky Lounge at Castle View Windsor.
